EAAP has been delivering programs on animal science for over 70 years. After careful planning, we are going to provide some outstanding webinars by inviting top speakers who will introduce subjects related to animal science and the livestock industry to scientists and technicians.

The Webinar series is planned to be organized monthly to inform, update, and disseminate with high-profile speakers the EAAP individual members.

The 33rd EAAP Webinar, organized with the CoCo project – Co-creating Coexistence (EU-funded Horizon Europe project, whose EAAP is a partner).

This edition of the webinar will explore several topics and provide insights to:

🔹 State of the art of livestock protection in Europe: From technical measures to coexistence

🔹 Using fences in the Italian Alps, what should be done and issues

(Arianna Menzano, University of Turin, Italy).

🔹 Managing livestock guarding dogs: Experiences from the Apennines

🔹 Past and present of livestock protection in the Romanian Carpathians

(Mihai Pop, Research and Development Institute for Wildlife and Mountain Resources – ICDCRM, Romania).

🔹  Livestock protection: Experiences in Slovakia
