Application to Host the Annual Meeting
Every member country can apply to host the annual meeting. A letter of application must be sent to the Secretariat. The letter will be have details about:
- Organization or Institute intending to host the annual meeting
- Proposed timing and location
- Proposing venue that must be a Conference Centre, or comparable structure, equipped for a large scientific conference
- Information about the scientific community and, if possible, industries supporting the annual meeting
- Any other important details to support the candidature
- location and date
- scientific and organizing committees
- the meeting rooms, equipment and services
- the program
- the proceedings
- the registration of participants
- the social programme, technical visits and local industry day
- the financial agreement
